I meditate every morning, and most of my cats join me, particularly my boys Vance, Tucker and Taylor. Lately even Penelope has been joining in.

I find myself listening to spa, ambient, relaxing music more and more to relax or when I work and it definitely has a calming effect on my cats as well.

My happy place is when we have our favorite meditation music on, and the cats cuddle with me.
